The battery worked great, and the instructions on Ifixit were easy to follow. However, the plastic tools were not worth it, or the device was sealed tightly. Luckily, I had another set of tools from something else

Garmin Nuvi wouldn't hold a charge

My Nuvi I have on my motorcycle just wouldn't hold a charge. I tried replacing the cable and other parts but nothing seemed to work. So I ordered a replacement battery, took my time to be careful and the replacement went in well. There were no supplied instructions, but I referred to a YouTube video and it went pretty well. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.
